I'm just saying...

If I could plan my last meal, it would definitely involve goat cheese.

If I could be surrounded by two smells for the rest of my life, they would be:
a) homemade chai spice--cardomom, ginger, black pepper, and
b) Revolution's Earl Grey Lavender tea.

I'm not sure I can move in a year. Sure, we'd be closer to work, but I really like Brookline better than Cambridge.

I look super cute today and am quite matchy-matchy.

I miss Swoozie's. Know of any similar stores in Boston?

  1. Do you have Costco in Boston? You can buy goat cheese at Costco super cheap. I love it too!!

  2. I didn't have any fall stuff when we got married either and we have been married for 4 years so maybe that means I collected enough stuff to fill 1 bin a year. :)

  3. first: love goat cheese, they have a great selection at Whole Foods. There is one on Washington St. about a block from Comm. Ave. on the Brookline/Brighton line. Also, check out South End Formaggio, and Garden of Eden on Tremont St.
Second: I concur about Brookline over Cambridge. I lived in the Boston area for 20 years and trying to navigate Cambridge was like trying to get around in China. When you don't speak or read the language. Riding the train out to Porter Square for culinary school was a nightmare!!!
Finally, love reading about your experiences in Boston. If you want to know about any restaurant or food/shopping related topics, or anything for that mater feel free to inquire!!

  6. I love cheese, almost any kind! I love Earl Grey, Brookline and also Swoozies! LOL
I am very familiar with that area, but I don't know of anything like Swoozies there...especially all the monogrammed things. :(
Thanks for the comments on my blog. :)

  7. Oh, to answer your question, we aren't "technically" vegetarian because we do occasionally eat fish and some chicken. we use to be strict vegetarian and also vegan but when I was pregnant and with my husband training for triathlon, that's changed a bit.

  8. Mmmmm, goat cheese...

I agree with Brookline over Cambridge too - most of my friends in Boston live there, so maybe I'm biased, but I think it's cute!
