Eggplant parm and the blueberry muffins were both a rousing success. The muffins taste JUST LIKE Earthfare's vegan blueberry muffins so they are a super duper success.
It has been wedding present extravaganza over here. We've used to so many wedding presents the past few days and it's been so fun!
Still no words on jobs, so it's another unemployed weekend for us, but we have high hopes for Monday.
Oh, and if anyone was jonesing to gift us with something, Nathan and I really need one of these trolley carts.
